Biography
Stack trained in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at the University of South Florida, Tampa, Florida and completed a Fellowship in Head and Neck Oncology and Reconstruction at the University of Washington. While in Seattle, also completed a post-doctoral fellowship in molecular biology at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Centre and served as an Instructor. His professional career started as an Assistant Professor of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at Saint Louis University. He then moved to Pennsylvania State University College, Hershey, PA where he served from 1999-2005 as Associate Professor and Director of Head and Neck Oncology and the Director of Research in the Division of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. Since 2005, Stack has serves as Professor and was Vice Chairman of the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences where he directed the division of head and neck oncology and the McGill Family division of clinical research and was medical director of the head and neck oncology clinic of the Winthrop P. Rockefeller Cancer Institute.
